GOVERNANCE PROTOCOL // RE: CLOUDAGENT-2026
1. Operational Clearance Terms
This End-User Protocol determines the terms of operation between your hardware node and the Cloud Agent software matrix. By executing installation, anchoring virtual network bridges, or loading data components from this package, you give unconditional ascent to these bounds. The platform serves purely as an encrypted tunneling utility.
2. Ingress Transmission Boundaries
Users are legally restrained from employing this agent structure to perform malicious computational node injection, trigger bulk network overhead over arbitrary servers, or infiltrate closed database clusters. Outbound data contents remain entirely under user accountability frameworks.
3. Age Restriction Clearance (17+)
Due to complex advanced configurations regarding proxy adaptation layers and virtual cryptographic ports, access parameters are exclusively permitted for legal individuals aged 17 years or older. Minor profiling data parsing metrics are non-existent within the software framework.
4. Arbitration Matrix & Sovereign Law
This regulatory arrangement settles exclusively in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any performance disruption, transactional friction, or legal friction will submit entirely to final, binding arbitration administered directly via the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The process will execute in English, generating a definitive unappealable decree.
5. System Indemnity Structure
THE OVERLAY SYSTEM DISCHARGES ALL EXPRESS REMEDIES, AVAILABLE SOLELY "AS CONFIGURED." UNDER NO CONTINGENCY SHALL THE OPERATING PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GRAPHIC PACKET DROPS, LATENCY JITTER, OR CARRIER DISCONNECTION TIMEOUTS STEMMING FROM THIRD-PARTY BACKBONE OUTAGES.
